John Jerdone 
John was born on September 19th, 1764 in Louisa Co., VA. John's father was Francis Jerdone and his mother was Sarah Macon. His paternal grandfather was John Jerdone; his maternal grandparents were William Macon and Mary Hartwell. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Francis, William, Mary, Sarah, Elizabeth, Isabella, Anne and Martha. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 21 on January 15th, 1786 in Jedburg, Tiviotdale, Scotland.-
