Francis Jerdone 
Francis was born on February 9th, 1756 in New Kent Co., VA. Francis' father was Francis Jerdone and his mother was Sarah Macon. His paternal grandfather was John Jerdone; his maternal grandparents were William Macon and Mary Hartwell. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John, William, Mary, Sarah, Elizabeth, Isabella, Anne and Martha. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 85 on April 29th, 1841 in Louisa Co., VA.-
