William Jennings

William was born on November 7th, 1780.  William's father was Thomas Jennings and his mother was Sarah Carter.  His paternal grandparents were John Jennings and Ann Burton; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Carter and Elizabeth ?. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John J., Daniel, Elizabeth, Ann and Lucy.  He was the second youngest of the six children.
