James William Jennings 
James William was born on October 8th, 1803 in Goochland Co., Virginia. James William's father was John J. Jennings and his mother was Lucy Ann Duval. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Jennings and Sarah Carter. He had a brother and a sister, named Daniel Oscar and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the three children.
