Otis P. was born on June 1st, 1921. Otis P.'s father was Rosser L. Hasher and his mother was Margaret Pryor. His paternal grandparents were J. W. Hasher and M. L. ?; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Thornton Pryor and Joanna Susan Payne. He had a brother and four sisters, named Rosser, Dorothy, Ethel, Gladys and Ida. He died at the age of 48 on August 23rd, 1969.-
