Amy Katherine was born on July 31st, 1892 in Honcut, Butte Co., California. Amy Katherine's father was Stephen A. Gardella and her mother was Annie E. Harding. Her maternal grandparents were John Richmond Harding and Sarah A. Rowe. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Steven J., Roy A., Charles Albert, Olive, Emily Irene and Hazel Mae. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 94 on October 3rd, 1986 in Oroville, Butte Co., California.-
