Joseph Fuqua 
Joseph was born about 1733 in Goochland Co., Virginia. Joseph's father was William Fuqua and his mother was Elizabeth Marie. His paternal grandparents were Guillaume Fouquet and Jane Eyre. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, John, Moses, Samuel, Elizabeth Marie and Sarah. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died before December 15th, 1793 in Bedford, Charlotte Co., Virginia.-
