Thomas Mann Fleming 
Thomas Mann was born on February 15th, 1767.1 Thomas Mann's father was Tarleton Fleming and his mother was Mary Randolph. His paternal grandparents were Tarleton Fleming and Hannah Bates; his maternal grandparents were William Randolph and Maria Judith Page. He had three brothers and a sister, named Tarleton, William, John and Judith. He died at the age of 34 in September 1801.-
