George Augustus Fleming

George Augustus was born on April 7th, 1802.¹   George Augustus' father was George Frederick Augustus Fleming and his mother was Elizabeth Syme.  His maternal grandparents were John Syme and Sarah Hoopes. He had a brother named John Syme.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 81 on August 10th, 1883.  He was buried in August 1883 in "Chantilly", off Rt. 33 in western Hanover Co., Virginia.^1 1
