Richard Oscar Flannagan 
Richard Oscar was born on July 20th, 1857. Richard Oscar's father was James Johnson Flannagan and his mother was Virginia Crank. His paternal grandparents were William Flannagan and Sallie Curd Johnson; his maternal grandparents were John Crank and Elizabeth Payne. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John William, James Collins, Thomas, Walter Lee, Charles Watson, Mary Waddell and Cornelia Ann. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 5 on March 28th, 1863.-
