Matthew Farrar 
Matthew was born about 1760. Matthew's father was Perrin Farrar and his mother was Sarah Lacy. His paternal grandparents were William Farrar and Martha ?; his maternal grandparents were Stephen Lacy and Sarah ?. He had a brother and five sisters, named Stephen, Ann, Sally, Lucy, Elizabeth and Frances. He was the second oldest of the seven children.-
