Philip St. John DuVal 
Philip St. John was born on September 9th, 1868. Philip St. John's father was Robert Randolph DuVal and his mother was Sallie Dandridge Cooke. His paternal grandparents were Philip DuVal and Maria Beverley Randolph; his maternal grandparents were John Rogers Cooke and Maria Pendleton. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert Randolph, Edmund Pendleton Randolph, Maria Pendleton, Florence Beverley, Willie Randolph, Katherine Cooke and Sarah Esten. He was the second youngest of the eight children.-
