Micajah was born on July 22nd, 1750 in Cedar Creek Monthly Meeting, Hanover Co., VA. Micajah's father was Joseph H. Crew and his mother was Agnes Stone. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Crew and Hannah Ellyson; his maternal grandfather was Michael Stone. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Armistead, Nicholas, Joseph, Agatha, Susanna and Mary. He died at the age of 71 on June 22nd, 1822 in Crewsville Farm, Hanover Co., VA.-
