Gideon Crew 
Gideon was born in 1827. Gideon's father was John Crew and his mother was Margery Ellyson. His maternal grandparents were Zachariah Ellyson and Mary Votaw. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Obadiah, Zachariah, John, James, Eliza Ann, Mary, Unity, Esther, Lydia and Emily. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 79 in 1906.-
