Effie Cochran

Effie was born in 1803.  Effie's father was John Cochran and her mother was Margaret Scott.  Her maternal grandparents were James Scott and Ann Mason?. She had six brothers and a sister, named James H., Simon, David Scott, Thomas, John Wesley, Amos and Mary.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.
