Elizabeth Carter 
Elizabeth was born on March 14th, 1793 in Amherst Co., VA. Elizabeth's father was Abraham Carter and her mother was Mary A. Roberts. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon Carter and Mary Ann Bickley; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Roberts and Elizabeth Clements. She had five brothers named Joseph Roberts, Robert H., Creed C., William and Joe. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 66 on May 5th, 1859.-
