Percy J. was born on June 29th, 1889. Percy J.'s father was James W. Carr and his mother was Rebecca Margaret Jenkins. His paternal grandparents were Robert P. Carr and Mary Ann Peyton; his maternal grandparents were Luther H. Jenkins and A. C. ?. He had two brothers named Frederick Clifton and James W.. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 62 on December 16th, 1951 in Richmond, Virginia.-
