James W. Carr 
James W. was born on July 6th, 1880 in Richmond, Virginia. James W.'s father was James W. Carr and his mother was Rebecca Margaret Jenkins. His paternal grandparents were Robert P. Carr and Mary Ann Peyton; his maternal grandparents were Luther H. Jenkins and A. C. ?. He had two brothers named Frederick Clifton and Percy J.. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 18 on March 11th, 1899 in Richmond, Virginia.-
