Reuben Henry was born on September 11th, 1798 in Goochland Co., VA. Reuben Henry's father was Reuben Henry Carden and his mother was Anne Massie. His paternal grandparents were Robert Carden and Phyllis Wilbank; his maternal grandparents were David Massie and Anne Holland. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David, Thomas, James, Charles, Robert, Mary, Anna, Martha A., Elizabeth and Dicey. He died at the age of 67 on October 12th, 1865 in Woodsonville, Hart Co., KY.-
