Parke was born on September 6th, 1709 in "Westover", Charles City Co., VA. Parke's father was William Byrd and his mother was Lucy Parke. His paternal grandparents were William Byrd and Mary Horsmanden; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Parke and Jane Ludwell. He had two sisters named Evelyn and Wilhelmina. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named William, Anne, Jane and Maria. He died at 8 months old on June 3rd, 1710 in "Westover", Charles City Co., VA of malaria. He was buried on June 6th, 1710 in "Westover", Charles City Co., VA.-
