Eliza Hipkins was born on April 5th, 1801. Eliza Hipkins' father was John Champe Brockenbrough and her mother was Lucy Hipkins. Her paternal grandparents were Austin Brockenbrough and Lucy Champe. She had a brother named Austin. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 4 in 1805 in Norfolk, VA.-
