Joseph Blackwell 
Joseph was born in 1752. Joseph's father was Joseph Blackwell and his mother was Lucy Steptoe. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Blackwell and Margery Downing; his maternal grandparents were John Steptoe and Elizabeth ?. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, George Steptoe, John, Elizabeth, Anna, Lucy, Letitia and Judith. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 74 in 1826.-
