Judith was born in 1706 in Lancaster Co., VA. Judith's father was William Ball and her mother was Hannah Beale. Her paternal grandparents were William Ball and ? Harris; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Beale and Ann Gooch. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Wiliam, George, Sarah, Ellen and Hannah. She was the third youngest of the six children.-
