Thomas West

Thomas was born in 1625 in England.¹ Thomas' father was Gov. John West and his mother was *Lady Anne Claiborne Percy. His paternal grandparents were Lord Thomas Leighton Delaware West and *Lady Anne Knollys; his maternal grandparents were *George Percy and *Anne Floyd. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Nathaniel, Col. John, Matthew, Anthony, Alice and Anne. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 34 in 1659.¹
