Richard Done 
Richard was born in 1500 in Dutton, Cheshire, England.1 Richard's father was Ralphe Done and his mother was *Ellen Wilbraham. His paternal grandparents were *John Done and *Agnes Breton; his maternal grandparents were Helen Wilbraham and *Ellen Egerton. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Margery and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 53 in 1553 in Y, Somme, Picardie, France.1 General Notes
UTKINTON HALL

Utkinton Hall is to the southeast of the village of Utkinton, Cheshire, England (grid reference SJ552646). It is a Grade I listed building. The hall originated as a large manor house for the Done family, who were the hereditary wardens of Delamere Forest, and is now a farmhouse. It has a medieval core but most of it dates from the early 17th century. It was partly refaced around 1700 and again in the early 18th century for Sir John Crewe. The hall is built in ashlar red sandstone. Part of the hall has an orange brick façade with red sandstone dressings. It has a Welsh slate roof and brick chimneys. Walls and gatepiers surrounding the hall are listed Grade II.[
