*Maud was born in 1445 in Aston Grange, Runcorn, Cheshire, England.¹ *Maud's father was *Richard Aston and her mother was *Maud Massey. Her paternal grandparents were *Robert Aston and *Isabel Beeston; her maternal grandparents were *Piers Massey and Margaret Horton. She had a brother named Rafe. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 27 in 1472 in Y, Somme, Picardie, France.¹
