Theophilus Carter 
Theophilus was born on June 12th, 1645 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts, United States.1 Theophilus' father was *Thomas Carter and his mother was *Mary Parkhurst. His paternal grandparents were *James Carter and *Judith Richardson; his maternal grandparents were *George Parkhurst and *Phebe Leete. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, *Hannah, Judith, Mary and Abigail. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 3 on February 15th, 1649 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts, United States.1 -
