*Captain William Ball 
*Captain William was born in 1700 in Lancaster, Virginia, USA.1 *Captain William's father was *William Ball and his mother was *Hannah Beale. His paternal grandparents were *William V. Ball and *Margaret Williamson; his maternal grandparents were *Thomas Beale and Anne Gooch Gouch. He had two brothers and four sisters, named George, Richard, Sarah, Judith, Margaret and Hannah. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 42 on April 9th, 1742 in Lancaster, Virginia, USA.1 -
