John Sloan

John was born in 1794. John's father was William Alexander Sloan and his mother was Jane Stevenson. His paternal grandparents were Fergus Sloan and Ann Elizabeth Robinson. He had five brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Fegus, William Stevenson, Alexandeder, James and Elixa. He was the second youngest of the seven children.
