Barbara Dent

Barbara was born in 1676.  Barbara's father was Hon. Thomas Dent of St. Mary's County, Maryland and her mother was Rebecca Wilkinson.  Her paternal grandparents were Peter Dent of Gisborough, Yorkshire, Eng. and Margaret Nicholson; her maternal grandparents were Rev. William Wilkinson of Yorkshire, England and Naomy Hewes. She had four brothers and a sister, named William, Thomas, Peter, George and Margaret.  She was the youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 78 in 1754.
