Almeta ALLMON

Almeta was born in 1925 in TX. Almeta's father was John (Bud) Granville ALLMON and her mother was Betty Elizabeth JOHNSON. Her paternal grandparents were Robert ALMON and Maggie Mae DODD. She had a brother and a sister, named Robert and Betty . She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 11 in 1936 in New London, TX.

Death Notes
- Almeta died in the New London school explosion.

General Notes
- Almeta was killed in the New London School explosion in Texas. Her older brother Robert was thrown out of the second story window, but not killed. Beety Jo, the youngest of the Allmon children, told me of it in a telephone conversation in 12-2007.
