James Raymond Chessor

James Raymond was born on April 11th, 1916. James Raymond's father was Charley Adam Chessor and his mother was Jessie Lillian Whitwell. His paternal grandparents were Adam J. Chessor and Lucy Ann Bates; his maternal grandparents were Reuben W. Whitwell and Frances Paralee Lancaster. He had three brothers and a sister, named Ray B., Clifton Rudolph, Leonard Dee and Ila Mae. He died at the age of 70 on October 25th, 1986.
