Mary Lou was born on November 7th, 1905.  Mary Lou's father was James Hercules Barber and her mother is Eliza Chessor.  Her paternal grandfather is W.T. "Billie" (Billie) Barber and her paternal grandmother was Louiza Ammons. She had two brothers named Willie Tom and Leo Clyde.  She died at the age of 77 on September 9th, 1983.  She was buried in Walker Cemetery, Hickman Co., TN.
