Harry Sprague was born on September 22nd, 1877 in Louisiana, United States.1   Harry Sprague's father was Algernon Sidney Badger and his mother was Elizabeth Florence Parmele.  His paternal grandparents were John Beighton Badger and Sarah Payne Sprague; his maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had three brothers named Frank Sidney, Frederick Parmelle and John Algernon.  He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named George Chester and Ida Marion.  He died at the age of 62 on April 20th, 1940 in Houston, Harris, Texas, United States.2
