Frederick Parmelle was born on March 27th, 1874 in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States.1   Frederick Parmelle's father was Algernon Sidney Badger and his mother was Elizabeth Florence Parmele.  His paternal grandparents were John Beighton Badger and Sarah Payne Sprague; his maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had three brothers named Frank Sidney, John Algernon and Harry Sprague.  He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named George Chester and Ida Marion.  He died at the age of 9 on August 14th, 1883 in New Orleans, Orleans, Louisiana, United States.1
