Franklin Wise

Franklin was born about 1919.¹ Franklin's father was George D Wise and his mother was Cora Selenia Wise. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Joseph Johnson, Sterling, Douglass, Mary N, Edna S, Mary Phildeen, Mary F, Mary Susan and Marguritte Minnie. He is the youngest of the ten children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Marshall, Johnson, Marrie Sterling, Thomas D, Benjiman Franklin, Violet and Nellie.
