Benjiman Franklin was born about 1919 in Maryland.1   Benjiman Franklin's mother was Cora Selenia Wise. He had eight brothers and eight sisters, named Joseph Johnson, Sterling, Douglass, Franklin, Marshall, Johnson, Marrie Sterling, Thomas D, Mary N, Edna S, Mary Phildeen, Mary F, Mary Susan, Marguritte Minnie, Violet and Nellie.  He is the seventh oldest of the seventeen children.
