Male James Willis

James was born on February 10th, 1717 in Virginia, North Carolina, United States.1   James' father was Richard Willis and his mother was Martha Vines.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Willis and Ann Griggs; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Vines and Martha Jones. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, John, Joseph Rev, Thomas, Samuel, Martha and Elizabeth.  He was the sixth oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Joseph and Elizabeth.  He died at the age of 81 on December 9th, 1798 in Craven, North Carolina, United States.
