Male Richard Willis

Richard was born in 1680 in Middlesex, Virginia, United States.1   Richard's father was Richard Willis and his mother was Ann Griggs.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Willis and Mary Willis. He had a brother and two sisters, named Richard, Katherine and Suzanne.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 95 in 1775 in New Bern, Craven, North Carolina, United States.2
