Burnard Wilkinson

Burnard was born in February 1878 in Maryland.¹ Burnard's father was Mark Thomas Wilkinson and his mother was Mary Ellen Brewer. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Wilkinson and Caroline Cissell. He had three brothers named Kearry Lee "Carrie", John M. and Bernard P.. He was the third oldest of the four children.
