Bernard P. Wilkinson

Bernard P. was born on March 29th, 1878 in St. Mary's Co., MD.¹ Bernard P.'s father was Mark Thomas Wilkinson and his mother was Mary Ellen Brewer. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Wilkinson and Caroline Cissell. He had three brothers named Kearry Lee "Carrie", John M. and Burnard. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 21 on November 3rd, 1899 in Washington D.C..²
