Male John R Paris

John R was born on February 1st, 1858 in Bay River, Pamlico, North Carolina, United States.  John R's father was Zadock Parris and his mother was Elizabeth Caraway.  His paternal grandparents were George Parris and Nancy Holton; his maternal grandparents were Thomas, Sr. Carraway and Rebecca Paris Carey. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Barzella, Zadock, Henry William, Edward D, Daniel S, Paul C, Charles S, Julia Ann, Sarah R and Mary Elizabeth.  He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Daniel S, Paul C, John, Charles, Sarah R. and Mary C.  He died at the age of 44 on May 11th, 1902 in Pamlico, Pamlico, North Carolina, United States.
