Male William J. McCotter

William J. was born about 1858 in North Carolina.1   William J.'s father was George T McCotter and his mother was Sarah Phoebe Valiant. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George W., William S., Ann B., Rose and Mary J..  He was the oldest of the six children.
