Female Rose McCotter

Rose was born about 1864 in North Carolina.1   Rose's father was George T McCotter and her mother was Sarah Phoebe Valiant. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William J., George W., William S., Ann B. and Mary J..  She was the third oldest of the six children.
