Victoria McCotter

Victoria was born about 1858 in Maryland.¹ Victoria's father was Spencer McCotter and her mother was Elizabeth Fitzhugh. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Hugh H., James, John, Henry, Nina and Mollie J.. She was the oldest of the seven children.
