Hugh H. McCotter

Hugh H. was born about 1863 in Maryland.¹ Hugh H.'s father was Spencer McCotter and his mother was Elizabeth Fitzhugh. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Henry, Victoria, Nina and Mollie J.. He was the second oldest of the seven children.
