Guynen McCotter

Guynen was born about 1905 in Virginia.¹ Guynen's father was John E. McCotter and her mother was Elizabeth Aurelia "Reelie" Bunch. Her paternal grandparents were Alpheus F McCotter and Corresann "Clara" Powell; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Carroll Bunch and Elizabeth M Hobbs. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Alphens F., Alpheus, Raymond, John, Harry, Donnie, Inez and Doris. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
