Carrie Edith McCotter

Carrie Edith was born on November 18th, 1905 in Fuquay Springs, Wake Co., NC.¹ Carrie Edith's father was Richard Franklin McCotter and her mother was Virginia Etna Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas York McCotter and Caroline Delamar. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Floyd Harvey, Richard Orson, Mary Letha, Eliza Dorthy, Ottie Elizabeth and Etta. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 71 on November 25th, 1976 in Albertson, Duplin, North Carolina.¹
