Lilian I Mattingly

Lilian I was born in October 1894 in Maryland.¹ Lilian I's father was James F Mattingly and her mother was Hortense Mattingly. She had three brothers and six sisters, named James, Frances Lester, Maheley, Susan Ann Bertha, Elizabeth G, Bessie, Mary Hortense, Sophia and Catheine. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
