Frances Lester Mattingly

Frances Lester was born in May 1897 in Maryland.¹ Frances Lester's father was James F Mattingly and his mother was Hortense Mattingly. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named James, Maheley, Susan Ann Bertha, Elizabeth G, Bessie, Lilian I, Mary Hortense, Sophia and Catheine. He was the sixth oldest of the ten children.
